SecurID Hardware Token

If you have received a SecurID hardware token, you can continue directly with initializing PIN.

SecurID Software Token

If you have received a QR code for a SecurID software token, you must install the corresponding application and configure the account according to the instructions below. You can then continue with initializing PIN. Please scan your QR code before setting the PIN.

1. Download “RSA SecurID Software Token”
Download the “RSA SecurID Software Token” according to your operating system of your mobile devices under the following links:

2. Start “RSA SecurID Software Token”
Look for the application “RSA SecurID Software Token” on your mobile device and start it.

3. License Agreement
Accept the license agreement by checking the check box and press “Contiue”.

4. Import token
Select “Get started” to add the new token to your Application.

5. Access the Camera
Allow camera access to scan in the next step the aspectra QR code.

6. Scan QR code
Hold the QR code under the square with the blue corners. Once the application has recognized the QR code, the setup will continue automatically.

This QR code is valid for maximal 7 days. The import fails if you use older QR codes.

Use “RSA SecurID Software Token”
Every 60 seconds a new token is generated, which can be entered exactly once. If the login was not successful, you have to wait for the next code before you can use it again.

Before the “RSA SecurID Software Token” can be used, you must initialize the PIN.
