1. Download “Google Authenticator”
Download the “Google Authenticator” according to your operating system of your mobile devices under the following links::

2. Start “Google Authenticator”
Look for the application “Google Authenticator” on your mobile device and start it.
3. Add new account
To add a new account for myaspectra, tap on the red circle with the white cross.
5. Scan a QR code
To scan the QR code which was delivered to you with the initial login data, tap on the menu item “Scan a barcode” with the camera icon.
6. Change a QR code to an account
Hold the cross hairs over the QR code. As soon as “Google Authenticator” has regonized the code, it will automatically create your 2FA account for myaspectra.
7. Token
The 6-digit number at the top left is the currently valid token, which must be entered on demand as the 2nd factor.
8. Account name
The name at the bottom left is the name of the account (for better differentiation when using multiple accounts).
9. Validity period
On the right, the validity period of the token is displayed as a disappearing circle. If the blue graduated circle has disappeared, the token changes.
