Reset Password

1. Open the Password Reset Service Please click on the link “Forgot password” in the middle left.

2. Username input
Enter either your designated login or your e-mail address and click “ continue” to receive an e-mail with a security code for user identification.

3. User identification
Please enter the security code and click on “Send”.

4. Confirmation through 2FA
Additionally, you must confirm the password reset with your active 2FA method. This is currently only possible with the methods: Airlock 2FA, FIDO and MTAN. If you have activated another method, please get in touch with your support contact.

5. Enter new password
Please enter your desired new password according to the aspectra guidelines below and confirm it with a renewed entry in the line beneath.
